Dubai South is a 145-square-kilometer master-planned community developed around the Al Maktoum Airport, which serves 15 main airlines in the UAE. Previously known as Dubai World Central, the project was renamed Dubai South in August 2015 to anticipate the region’s future economy. The emirate’s main urban project, MAG 5 Dubai South was built, constructed, designated, and promoted around the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai.

Emaar Dubai South is expected to be able to support and accommodate a population of one million people. The Developer

Meraas’ Dubai South mall will also be included within the master complex. The master development was created and built in such a way that it aspires to disseminate cross-industry and interdisciplinary business prospects, resulting in the creation of around 500,000 employment. Additionally, it is home to the Al Maktoum International Airport, which is on track to become the world’s biggest airport. Therefore, it will be able to host major events such as World Expo 2020 and the Dubai Airshow.

The Pulse, first residential project, was unveiled in 2016 and is slated to be completed in April 2019. Currently, 98 percent of the Dubai south apartments have been sold. Whereas, The Parklane residential complex, which includes outstanding townhouses and residential buildings, was built after the Pulse.
